If you prefer, you can also drop by the physical pharmacy located inside the Polyclinique Centre de L'Île in Laval. A pharmacist is always there to welcome you and answer all of your questions, or simply to manage your prescriptions in person.

3 simple steps

Creating your account

Call us now or click here to create your account, and a pharmacist will contact you at your convenience. It’s important that we take those first few minutes to chat and confirm certain details about your profile. We’ll also need to obtain your verbal agreement in order to have your existing pharmacy file transferred.

New prescriptions

When your doctor prescribes a new medication, just take a picture of the prescription, front and back. Then, send us both pictures, sit back and relax. (Certain conditions apply, notably that the delivery service or the team of pharmacists can arrange the pick up of your original paper prescription prior to serving you the medication in question.)

Insurance

If you have a private prescription drug insurance plan, you can simply take a picture of your membership card and send it our way. The portion of the costs covered by your insurer will be automatically deducted from your bill.
